Things worth knowing.

Show up 30 minutes early for check-in, paperwork, and the safety brief at the City Marina dock (111 Avenida Menendez St).
The minimum age to parasail is 5 years old. Maximum combined weight per flight is 450 lbs (your captain determines safe pairings day-of). Pregnant guests are not allowed to fly for safety reasons. No experience or swimming skills are required. Everyone who boards the boat must sign a waiver. The link comes in your confirmation email.

Photo packages are $45 per group, covering every flight and every guest in your party. You can add a photo package at checkout or directly at the dock.
Observer seats are $35 (subject to availability on the boat). They cannot be booked online, so please call us at (904) 547-9608 to check observer availability.
