  • Show up 30 min early for check-in, paperwork, and the safety brief at the City Marina dock.
  • Group of 5 or more? Use code GROUP at checkout for $5 off per person.
  • Photo packages are $45/group, covering every flight and every guest in your party. Add it at checkout or at the dock.
  • Coming as a non-flyer? Observer seats are $35 (subject to availability); call us at (904) 547-9608, they're not bookable online.
  • Gift cards are available year-round. Buy a gift card.
  • Weather cancellations: If we have to cancel for weather, you choose between a reschedule or a full refund.
  • Off-season (October–February): we run a limited schedule and our sister operation in Daytona handles winter overflow. Call to confirm availability.
